Milestone rewards beyond points, and your program on the storefront

Two upgrades aimed at the storefront: a richer reward for repeat orders, and the punch cards, milestones, and tiers you've set up now rendering where shoppers actually see them.

Order milestones reward more than points

An nth-order milestone used to only hand out bonus points. Now each step can reward a free product, an amount off, a percentage off, or free shipping instead — so "every 3rd order earns 10% off" or "free shipping on the 5th order" is a single rule, not a workaround. Existing points milestones keep working untouched; the new reward types are purely additive. Whatever you choose, the storefront shows the real reward in plain language — "10% off", "Free shipping", or the free product's name — never a stale points figure.

Punch cards, milestones, and tiers — now on the storefront

The punch cards and multi-criteria tiers from last week's release now render where customers shop, not just in your admin:

  • Punch cards appear in the customer account hub as a live stamp grid that fills with every qualifying order — the buy-again habit made visual.
  • Order milestones show as a progress ladder toward the next reward.
  • VIP tiers now display their full unlock requirement — points, spend, orders placed, referrals, or an invite-only tag — so a locked tier shows a shopper exactly what it takes, with their live punch-card progress ("2 / 5 orders") right on the page.

Like everything in Charm, both ship on every plan — Free included.
