Tiers qualify on more than points

VIP tiers no longer have to ride on a single number. Each tier can now qualify customers by points, amount spent, orders placed, successful referrals, or a customer tag — and you choose whether they must meet any one criterion or all of them. Points- or spend-only ladders keep working exactly as before; the new criteria are purely additive, so there's nothing to migrate.

Punch cards

A repeating "buy N, get a reward" card. Every order is a punch; when the card fills, the customer earns a reward and it resets. The reward can be points, a free product, an amount or percentage off, or free shipping, and progress shows live on the storefront widget and the account hub. Punches derive from paid orders, so refunds self-correct and webhook replays never double-grant.

Custom actions

Reward any action you define — watch a tutorial, join your Discord, complete a profile. Give it a name and a points value, add an optional link customers visit to complete it, and stack as many as you like. They show up alongside your other ways to earn on the widget and the account hub.
