What happens when I cross my order band?
Nothing breaks. The program keeps running — earning, redemption, the widget, emails, all of it. Modest overflow gets a silent grace window; sustained growth gets a friendly in-app prompt to move up a tier. You're never cut off, and you're never billed a surprise per-order fee.
Are there per-order fees, overages, or commissions?
No. You pay the flat monthly price for your order band — never per order, per redemption, or per customer. Many competitors (Rivo, Toki, Yotpo, BON) tax you $0.15–$0.20 per order above your plan; we don't.
Do you take a cut of my membership revenue?
No. Paid memberships are included in every plan, including Free, with no platform cut and no transaction fee. Membership sales settle through Shopify checkout like any other order — keep 100% of the revenue.
Is every feature really included on the Free plan?
Yes. VIP tiers, referrals, paid memberships, POS, all 8 customer surfaces in 35 languages, Klaviyo, Shopify Flow, store credit, analytics, the open API and webhooks, migration tools — every loyalty feature works on Free, up to 250 orders/month. Paid plans add order capacity and priority live chat support — never features.
Is the API included, or is it an enterprise add-on?
Included, on every plan including Free. Create a key in Settings → API and you get the full REST API, outbound webhooks for seven loyalty events, and the MCP server that puts your program inside Claude and ChatGPT. There is no developer tier, no per-call pricing, and the key's scopes are yours to set.
Can I downgrade if I have a quiet month?
Yes, in one click, self-serve in the app. Your loyalty data stays put. Pay for the size you are this month, not the size you were at your peak.
Do you support Shopify Plus?
Yes — Charm works on every Shopify plan, including Plus. For multi-store, headless, or migration-heavy setups, our concierge team helps hands-on — see the Shopify Plus page or write to help@appfleece.com.
Which currencies and languages do you support?
Billing is in USD through Shopify. The customer-facing widget, account hub, and emails localize per market via Shopify Markets — including currency display and translated copy in 35 languages — every major EU language plus Japanese, Korean, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Turkish, Ukrainian, Vietnamese, Thai, Hindi, Indonesian, and Malay. The merchant admin is localized in 32 of them too, so your team works in their language while customers get theirs.
What about migrating from Smile / LoyaltyLion / Yotpo / Rivo?
We import customer balances and history — there's a one-click Rivo preset plus CSV import for the rest, with a dry-run and revert. Every plan includes dedicated migration assistance so customers never lose points.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Uninstall from the Shopify admin. Your loyalty data is preserved for 60 days in case you change your mind, then permanently deleted.
