Migrate from LoyaltyLion in minutes — no support ticket needed

Moving from LoyaltyLion to Charm is now fully self-serve. LoyaltyLion lets you download your program data yourself (Analytics → Exports → Customers) — and Charm now recognizes that file as-is. No spreadsheet editing, no waiting on anyone.

• Upload and go — drop the unmodified export into Settings → Data migration; Charm auto-detects the LoyaltyLion format and maps every column for you.
• Everything comes across — approved point balances, points still pending approval (released gradually after import, on a schedule you choose), VIP tier membership (matched to your Charm tiers in the preview), birthdays, and blocked members.
• Join settings respected — members who earned points in LoyaltyLion but never formally enrolled are routed through Charm's join step when program opt-in is on, so your consent flow stays intact.
• Safe at any size — large files run in the background with a full import log, and any import can be reverted with one click.
