Does Charm use an iframe or fragile theme edits?

Neither for the core surfaces. The loyalty hub renders through Shopify's native customer-account extensions, and rewards apply through a checkout discount Function — so there's nothing iframed and no theme code to maintain.

Which Shopify plan do I need?

Charm works on every Shopify plan. POS loyalty and the checkout Function are available on all plans; Shopify Plus stores get extra multi-store and headless support — see the Enterprise page.

Will it slow down my storefront?

The widget is lazy-loaded and the account and checkout surfaces are native Shopify extensions, so there's no render-blocking script tax on your theme.
