Company reviews vs product reviews — can I reward both?
Yes. Set separate point values for each, or disable one. Charm matches the reviewer email to the Shopify customer either way.
Is any setup needed on the REVIEWS.io side?
No — Charm registers and maintains the webhook. You only configure point values in Charm.
