Does Charm handle guest reviews?
Yes — Charm matches the reviewer's email to the Shopify customer, so a guest who later has an account still gets credited.
Do I need to touch Okendo's settings?
No. Charm registers and maintains the webhook for you; you only set point values in Charm.
We use Okendo Loyalty today. Can we switch to Charm and keep Okendo Reviews?
Yes. Keep Okendo for reviews and run loyalty in Charm. Upload your Okendo Loyalty export under Settings → Data migration and Charm imports your members' point balances, with a preview before anything changes. Or our team does the migration for you, free.
