Do I need to configure anything on the Loox side?
No. Charm registers and maintains the webhook via Loox — you only set the point values in Charm.
Can I reward video reviews more than photo reviews?
Yes. The base, photo, and video rewards are three independent values you set in Charm.
What stops customers farming review points?
One rewarded review per order plus a configurable cooldown; anything above your threshold routes to a manual review queue.
