Common questions.
Do I need to configure anything on Fera's side?
No. Charm registers and maintains the webhook via the Fera API — you only set point values in Charm.
Does this work for guest reviewers?
Yes — Charm matches the reviewer's email to the Shopify customer, so a guest reviewer who later creates an account still gets credited.
