Tier progress that knows the deadline
The "reach the next tier" line on the account page and the loyalty hub got noticeably smarter:
- Deadline-aware — when tiers qualify by calendar year, customers now see "Spend $250 by 12/31 to reach Gold" instead of an open-ended nudge. A real date creates real urgency; programs on lifetime or rolling windows keep the undated line.
- Speaks the right unit — with multi-criteria tiers, the gap is shown in whatever the next tier actually qualifies on: an amount to spend, orders to place, referrals to make, or points. And when a tier needs several things, the line tracks the criterion the customer is closest to finishing.
- Multiplier tiers show their perk — a tier whose benefit is an earning multiplier now presents itself as "Earn 2× more points" instead of rendering an empty perk card.
