Tier gifts members choose, and claim when they're ready

A gift for reaching a tier is the moment a program feels generous. Three changes give you more ways to hand it over.

One gift of their choice. A tier's gift can now be several products instead of one. Pick them, drag them into the order customers should see, and the member chooses one. Each option shows its price, with Add to cart when the product has a single variant, and the editor shows the price range so you can plan for the most expensive pick.

Claimed when they're ready. Set the gift's delivery to Claimable reward and it waits under Gifts waiting for you in the widget, on your loyalty page and in the account Loyalty Hub until the member presses Claim. The code and its validity only start then, so someone who reaches Gold in a quiet month doesn't lose the gift before their next order. If they cancel a claimed code, the gift is waiting for them again. One-time on tier entry still issues the code the moment the tier is reached.

A tier perk already set to Claimable reward works the same way, for free products, free shipping and discounts alike.

Hand it out yourself. When you add a gift to a tier later, Issue to existing members on the gift shows how many members of the tier don't have it yet and issues their codes, 25 per click, without sending a single email. For one customer, Give tier gift on their page issues it right away and costs them no points. Tier gift codes also show the gift's name on the customer's card and appear in their points history.
