A tier card can say what its members earn

"Earn 1.4× more points" only means something to a shopper who knows the base rate, and nobody does. A tier card can now say it straight: "Earn 7 points per €1 spent".

Multiplier or rate, your call. The pencil next to a tier's points multiplier opens an editor that takes the same setting either way round. Type the factor, or type what members of that tier earn per €1, and the summary underneath shows what they will really get. Choosing As a rate also changes the wording customers read on the tier card in the widget, on your loyalty page and in the account Loyalty Hub. The multiplier stays the default, because "2× more points" is a bonus framing plenty of stores pick on purpose.

Show the base rate on any tier. A tier that earns at the normal rate used to be the one card that never said what it earns. Tiers without a boost now offer + Show earn rate, and the line follows your purchase rule: change it from 5 to 6 points per €1 and every card updates with it.

The rate only appears when your store earns one rate on every order. With bonus bands or a minimum order, members earn different rates at different basket sizes, so those tiers keep the multiplier and the editor says why.

Uploaded tier badges keep their shape. Charm now reads the shape of an uploaded SVG tier icon before framing it. A round badge sits in a round tile instead of a square with a border tracing nothing, and artwork that paints its own background runs edge to edge. Anything that can't be read with certainty keeps the frame it always had.

No flash on the launcher. Stores with their own points icon saw the default icon for a moment on every page load. The launcher now shows your icon from the first paint.
