Decide what each VIP tier can and can't have

VIP tiers could already pay more and charge less per tier. Now they can also decide what exists at all.

Availability in this tier. Every tier card carries a list of your earning rules and rewards with a checkbox each. Untick what members of that tier shouldn't get: a hidden earning rule can't be completed and a hidden reward can't be redeemed while the customer sits in that tier. Use it to keep the entry tier lean and save the good stuff for Gold, or to retire a rule for newcomers without deleting it. The card shows Everything available or 3 hidden in this tier at a glance.

The program's backbone stays put in every tier — base purchase points, cashback, punch cards, milestones, referrals and the signup bonus are never hidden, so nobody loses their way to earn.

A minimum order on tier benefits. Free shipping and both discount benefits can now require the cart to reach an amount before they apply. "Free shipping for Gold over €50" is one switch and one number, checked against the cart subtotal at checkout, and it works the same way on paid memberships.
