Tag your members in Shopify and react to joins in Flow

Some things you want only for members live outside Charm: a discount code limited to a customer segment, a wholesale app, a Klaviyo list. They all understand Shopify customer tags.

A tag on every active member. Turn on Tag active members in Shopify under Settings → Points program and pick the tag (loyalty-member by default). Charm adds it when a customer joins and removes it when they leave or are removed, and existing members get it in the background. If joining requires an opt-in, only customers who joined are tagged.

Rename it any time. Changing the tag moves your members to the new one. Turning the option off stops updating the tag and leaves it where it is.

Flow triggers. Shopify Flow has two new Charm triggers, Customer joined loyalty program and Customer left loyalty program, for a welcome sequence, a Slack message or anything else Flow can do.
