Switch from BON Loyalty with one export

BON Loyalty is now a ready-made preset under Settings → Data migration → Migrate from another platform, next to Smile.io, Rivo, Yotpo, Ellity, Okendo, Loloyal and LoyaltyLion.

Upload the file as downloaded. Export your customer data from BON and upload it unchanged, as .csv or .xlsx. Charm recognizes BON's columns and brings over:

• each member's current points balance,
• the date they joined your program,
• customers you excluded from the program, who stay excluded in Charm.

Customers are matched by their Shopify customer ID, with the email address as a fallback.

Tiers, your way. BON doesn't export VIP tiers. To place members in a tier, add a Tier column with the tier's name in Charm before you upload, and Charm keeps them in that tier like any other imported tier.

Preview first, as always. The import preview shows customers, opening points and any rows that need attention before anything changes. Imported members don't get a second signup bonus, and an import can be reverted in one click.
