Locked rewards that say so, a calmer widget header, and a hub that fits a phone
Small things customers notice before you do.
A locked reward says what opens it. A reward you switched off for a customer's tier stays in their list and names the tier that opens it, "From Gold", for members and guests alike.
Members-only collections protect their products. A members-only collection gates its collection page and every product in it, including products you add to it later.
A header image that knows when to step aside. A photo in the widget header looks great on the home screen. Under On other screens you can keep the image, keep it and push the content down so it shows in full, or switch to a plain header in your solid color or gradient.
Clearer cards.
- A welcome bonus paid after the first order or a marketing opt-in tells customers when the points arrive.
- Info marks open with a tap on phones, not only on hover.
- A featured reward shows a product photo or no picture at all, never a giant icon.
- The review tile on the loyalty page explains how to leave a review, and a free shipping card shows its title once.
- The widget drops the "They get" box when a friend gets nothing from a referral.
- When VIP tiers count a rolling window, the auto-generated FAQ says so right next to "points never expire", so nobody reads a permanent tier into it.
Better on phones. The account Loyalty Hub has a proper mobile layout: featured rewards sit two to a row, the pets band and set tiles fit the screen, a locked reward keeps its nudge on a line of its own, and the referral link stays on one line with a copy button. On the loyalty page, punch card stamps are compact tiles instead of full-width squares, compact cards stay readable in a multi-column mobile grid, and VIP tier rows line up.
