Moving from Smile.io or Yotpo? Upload the export, we'll do the rest

The migration importer now recognizes Smile.io and Yotpo Loyalty exports — alongside Rivo, Ellity, Okendo, and LoyaltyLion. Upload the unmodified file and Charm detects the platform by its columns, maps everything, and shows a preview before a single point moves.

• Smile.io — the Customers export carries balances, VIP tiers, birthdays, and member state in one file; customers who never formally joined the old program are routed through Charm's join step when program opt-in is on
• Yotpo Loyalty — the Customers export brings balances over; tiers live in a separate Yotpo report with no per-customer link, so you re-map them in Charm afterwards — the import dialog explains exactly what to do
• As always: .csv and .xlsx both work, big files run in the background, and every import can be reverted
