Ask Shopify Sidekick about your loyalty program — zero setup

Shopify's Sidekick assistant now understands your Charm loyalty program. There is nothing to install, connect or configure — with Charm in your store, Sidekick can answer loyalty questions right in the Shopify admin.

Ask things like:

• "How many points does jane@example.com have?" — balance, tier, enrollment status and lifetime activity for any customer, with a link that jumps straight to their loyalty detail in Charm
