See which e-mails reach Klaviyo

When Klaviyo or another e-mail platform sends your loyalty e-mails, each Charm e-mail type is also the switch for the event behind it. Switching a type off stops that event too, which was easy to miss.

A badge on every type. On the Emails page, every type shows Event to Klaviyo or No event to Klaviyo. A template page names its event, such as Charm Points Earned, and explains what switching the type off means.

A warning before flows go quiet. If your e-mail platform sends the mail and key types are off, Charm warns you and switches them back on with Switch on these events.
