Punch cards and milestones: set a minimum, and hand the reward over in the order
Repeat-purchase rewards get the controls merchants kept asking for.
- Only count orders over a minimum. A punch card can now require an order to reach a value before it earns a stamp — "every 5 orders over €30" — and the same option is on the order-count milestone ladder. Off by default, so nothing changes until you set it
- A minimum means the same thing everywhere. Every order-value minimum in Charm now measures the same amount: what the customer spent on products, after discounts, without shipping. The €30 you type on a punch card is the same €30 on a milestone, on a referral, and on a reward's minimum purchase
- Card and milestone rewards can require a minimum purchase too, so a "€6.50 off" reward can't be spent on a €6.50 order where the customer ends up paying only for shipping
- The head start is a real head start. Cards that open with free starter stamps now count them toward the reward: an 8-order card with 2 starter stamps pays out after 6. Choose whether the gift lands on every card, only the first, or the first plus a bonus stamp customers earn by coming back within a window you set
- The free product can arrive in the order that earns it. A punch card whose reward is a product can put it straight in the completing order rather than emailing a code — the reward arrives in the box
- Subscription milestones now look like the ladder they are, with the same prominent treatment on the widget, the account page, and your loyalty page
Two fixes worth naming: a fully refunded order no longer leaves a stamp that no reward would honour, and a €6.50 reward no longer advertises itself as "€7 off" — amounts now show exactly what the customer will get.
