Points per item: reward how much they buy, not how much it costs

A pack of stickers and a jar of vitamins can cost the same and mean very different things to your business. When you count units, not money, your program can count them too.

A new way to earn on purchases. In Points on purchases, set Award points based on to Items purchased and choose Points per item purchased, 10 by default. Every eligible item earns that many points, no matter its price. Amount spent stays the default and works as before.

Every preview counts items. The cart, checkout and product page show the points for the quantity in the basket. On a product page the number follows the quantity picker, and your loyalty page shows the rate as a short "per item" line.

Tiers and refunds keep up. A VIP tier multiplier scales the points per item, and the widget shows the boosted rate once. Refunding or cancelling part of an order takes back the points for exactly the units returned, and an order edit recounts them.

Imports that bring tiers along. Importing balances from another app now places members in their VIP tiers right away and grants the tier's discounts, without sending tier emails.
