Points and tier on every Klaviyo profile

Your Klaviyo events already carried points. Now the profile itself does, so a newsletter, a welcome flow or a segment can show or filter by points without waiting for an event.

What is on the profile. Charm adds the member's points balance, the name you gave your points, their VIP tier, their language and a link to your loyalty page. A customer who isn't a member, or who was removed from the program, is marked that way, with no balance and no tier.

Always current. All members are synced when you connect Klaviyo. After that, every change of points, tier or membership updates the profile within seconds, and a daily pass catches anything missed. Sync profiles now under Settings → Integrations runs a full sync on demand and shows how many profiles were synced.

Ready to paste. The Klaviyo card in Charm has a short snippet that prints the balance and the link in any Klaviyo template.
