The orders counter now forecasts your month

Your plan covers a number of orders a month, and the card that tracks it now answers the questions merchants ask about it.

Every paid order counts, and the card says so. It counts every paid order in your store, member or not, each one once, and its description now reads that way.

Where the month is heading. A lighter stretch of the bar shows the projection: "On course for about 1,640 orders this month." Charm takes the larger of your last 30 days and this month's pace so far, and ignores the pace until the 7th, so a busy first weekend doesn't set off an alarm.

Quiet when there's nothing to decide. The home page shows the card only when you've used 75% of your limit, when the month is projected to pass it, or when your recent volume fits a bigger plan. Billing & Plan always shows it, and once you're past the limit the plan row gets an Over limit badge and an Upgrade button.

What going over means. A note under the bar spells it out: there are no per-order fees, your program keeps running for customers, and the counter starts again on the 1st. Only a store that stays over its plan for a full month has program editing paused, until it upgrades.
