Ignore tagged orders, and choose how far back new members earn
Two new controls for deciding which orders count toward your loyalty program.
- Ignore orders by tag — list order tags like
test, internalorwholesaleon the Eligibility page and matching orders become invisible to the program: they trigger no rules and award no points. Handy for staff orders, imports and B2B flows that shouldn't feed the points ledger - Reward historic purchases, on your terms — when a shopper joins the program, Charm can award points for the guest purchases they made before signing up. That window is now yours to set: off, or 1, 3, 6 or 12 months (the previous behavior, 1 month, stays the default)
- Joins from the widget count too — the historic-purchase backfill used to run only when an account was created; it now also runs when an existing customer joins through the widget or the loyalty page
