Omnisend sync and a loyalty sidebar in Gorgias

Two new places your loyalty data now shows up on its own.

• Omnisend — connect with an API key and Charm keeps each contact's loyalty fields current (charm_ contact properties: balance, VIP tier, membership state) and streams every loyalty event as a custom event, ready for segments and automations. Charm only updates contacts that already exist in Omnisend and never touches their subscription status; a daily reconciliation sync runs on top, plus a manual sync button
• Gorgias — your support team sees the ticket customer's points balance, VIP tier, referral link, and latest loyalty activity right in the helpdesk sidebar, without leaving the ticket

Both live under Settings → Integrations in the Charm admin.
