The Loyalty Hub — the "ways to earn" and "ways to redeem" cards your customers see in their account — is now yours to shape. Rename the cards, translate them, swap their icons, and recolor the whole set, all from the program editor.

Rename and translate every card

Each earn and redeem card can carry a custom title, with per-language translations across all 11 storefront locales. Write "Earn on every order" instead of the default, in each language your store sells in — the right one shows automatically based on the shopper's locale.

Pick an icon — or bring your own

Choose each card's icon from a curated library of 52 line icons across four sets — shopping, rewards, social, and general — or point to your own icon by HTTPS URL. A global appearance control sets the icon color and an optional background tile for the whole hub, so the cards match your brand instead of a default grey. Library icons are recolored on Charm's side, so they arrive in your color with no extra setup.

Spend more, earn more — now a ladder

When an order rule has more than one spend tier, the hub renders the full earning ladder — "1 point per €1 up to €50, 2 points above" — as a single clear card with an editable intro line, instead of a one-line summary. Shoppers see exactly how much more they earn as they spend more.
