Loloyal joins the one-click imports, and kept codes survive the old app leaving

Loloyal is now a preset. Pick it in Settings → Data migration, upload the Customers export exactly as Loloyal gave it to you, and Charm reads the balances, VIP tiers and birthdays without a spreadsheet in sight. Column names are matched for you, dates in day/month order are recognized, and each customer is matched on the Shopify ID that Loloyal puts on every row rather than on a fuzzy email guess. Referral links aren't carried over — Charm mints fresh ones. That brings the auto-detected list to Smile.io, Rivo, Yotpo, Ellity, Okendo, LoyaltyLion and Loloyal.

Kept reward codes now survive the uninstall. If you chose Keep and show in Charm for the discount codes your previous app issued, removing that app can quietly delete or deactivate them in Shopify — and your customers find out at checkout. A new Verify & restore codes check walks every kept code, recreates the deleted ones and reactivates the disabled ones, exactly as they were. Codes a customer already used are never brought back to life, and the summary tells you what it found: still active, recreated, reactivated, already used, failed.
