Launch and run your program from chat

With an assistant connected through Set up in chat, you can now go from setup to a live program without leaving the conversation.

Switch things on, with your yes every time. Ask the assistant to turn the program, VIP tiers, customer e-mails or referrals on or off, or to put a paid membership on sale. Before anything changes it shows you what will happen: switching VIP tiers on, for example, tells you how many customers land in each tier, how many tier gifts are created and the most those gifts can cost if every one is used. Nothing changes until you agree, and every switch is listed in Change history.

Send the launch announcement. The one-off e-mail that tells your members the program is live, each with their own balance, can now be sent from chat. The assistant sends you a test first if you want one, tells you how many members it reaches and sends it only once, after you agree.

Edit your e-mails. Change the subject or any line of a customer e-mail, in your main language and your other languages, or put Charm's default text back.

Record partner payments. Charm never sends money. Once you have paid a partner yourself, tell the assistant: it shows what the partner is owed, records the payment once you confirm the amount and sends the partner the usual confirmation.
