The last places English was still slipping through

Charm speaks 35 languages, but two places were quietly falling back to English in some of them. Both are fixed.

• The launcher button said "My rewards" in English for shoppers in Thai, Vietnamese, Traditional Chinese, Indonesian, Malay and Hindi — while the rest of the widget was correctly translated. That's exactly why nobody spotted it. All 35 languages are now covered, and a check in our build stops it happening again
• Lifecycle emails and their previews leaked English into the newer languages. Emails now stay in the customer's language from subject line to footer, and the preview in the admin follows whichever language you're looking at

If you sell into any of those markets, your shoppers were meeting one English word on every page. They aren't now.
