Let Klaviyo own every send, and build the flows before the first real event

If your marketing platform owns customer email, Charm sending its own was always the awkward part. Two changes settle it.

Events survive the master switch. Turn Charm's emails off completely and the loyalty events keep flowing to Klaviyo, Ecomail, Omnisend and Mailchimp, so your flows fire from the same signals with none of the duplicates. Charm stops sending; it doesn't stop reporting. The per-email toggles still gate each type, so a type you switch off is genuinely off — no email, no event — and it stays your per-moment control over what the platform hears about.

Seed the whole metric catalogue in one click. Building a Klaviyo flow used to mean waiting for a real customer to trigger the event, or firing samples one at a time. Send all sample events pushes one sample of every deliverable type at once, in the language you pick, so every metric shows up in Klaviyo ready to be picked from the flow builder — before a single real customer earns a point. The sample panel now appears as soon as Klaviyo is connected, rather than waiting for templates to exist.
