The email library grows to thirteen templates

The lifecycle email set nearly doubled — from seven templates to thirteen — so every meaningful loyalty moment now has a branded email behind it. The new arrivals:

  • Welcome to the program — greets a customer the moment they join
  • Points expiring — a heads-up before a points balance lapses (separate from the reward-expiry warning)
  • Store-credit cashback — tells a customer when they've earned store credit
  • Membership — Welcome / Expiring soon / Expired — the full paid-membership lifecycle, including a renewal nudge and a win-back

That's on top of the originals: points earned, reward redeemed, reward expiring, birthday reward, tier achieved, referral completed, and the friend's welcome reward.

Every one is editable in the same WYSIWYG editor with your brand colors and sender, translated per locale, and can either send straight from Charm or fire as a Klaviyo event for you to author there.
