Two upgrades that make Charm feel less like pasting URLs and more like a design tool:

• Banner email headers — loyalty emails can now open with a full-width banner image instead of the text or logo band. The banner replaces the colored header entirely, runs edge to edge, and crops to the exact height you set (default 150 px, recommended around 1200 × 300 px). Works across email clients, with a graceful fallback for Outlook.
• A Shopify Files picker on every image field — email logos and banners, widget and hub hero images, custom rule and tier icons, the cart-redeem icon… anywhere Charm takes an image, you now browse your store's Files in place: search by name, page through the whole library, or drag-and-drop a new upload straight into the picker. No more copying CDN URLs out of Shopify admin.
