The customer page says more, and works on a phone
When a customer writes in, the answer usually sits on their page in Charm. It now holds more of it, in a clearer order.
Who they are. Customer info shows the phone number, the language their program emails go out in, and whether they are subscribed to email and SMS marketing, read live from Shopify.
Where they stand. The overview is grouped into Current status, Program value and Lifetime totals, and a new Next tier tile says what's left to climb: "5,674 points to Gold", "€35 to Gold" or "2 orders to Gold", in whatever your tiers qualify on.
What they've had. Active reward codes link straight to the discount in Shopify, and a collapsible Past reward codes table lists the 20 most recent codes that were used or reversed.
On a phone. The customers list shows one line per customer, with tier, status, balance range and sorting tucked under Filters. On a customer's page the essentials come first and the long sections fold away, and long email addresses stay on one line everywhere.
