Reward any action with Shopify Flow

You can now turn any action you're able to automate into a visible way to earn — even ones Charm doesn't track natively.

• New earning rule: Custom action — add a "Custom action (points via Shopify Flow)" rule to advertise something you reward through your own automation: a survey completed, a UGC post, an event check-in — anything a Shopify Flow can detect. It shows up as an earn card everywhere your other rules do.
• You control the card, Flow awards the points — set the points value shown on the card, an optional link, and your own button text. Charm displays it; the points are granted by your Flow's Award loyalty points action, so the number on the card always matches what you actually give.
• Matched by a Rule ID — each custom rule gets its own Rule ID. Paste it into the Charm rule ID field of the Flow action and Charm ties the award back to the right card: it marks the action done for that customer, names it in their points history, and sends the usual points-earned email.

A clean way to reward off-Shopify behavior without sending customers outside the loyalty program they already know.
