Copy your setup between stores

Running the same brand on several stores — one per market, say — used to mean configuring Charm from scratch on each of them. Now you don't:

  • One-time transfer code — on the source store, Settings → Data migration generates a CHRM-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX code. It's single-use, expires after 15 minutes, and generating it changes nothing on that store.
  • Preview before anything happens — paste the code on the destination store and Charm shows exactly what it can bring over, section by section, with counts: points program, VIP tiers, branding, text & translations, emails, referrals. Tick what you want, leave the rest.
  • Undo for 30 days — the destination's previous settings are snapshotted before the import, so one click reverts the imported sections if the result isn't what you expected.

Customer data is never part of a transfer — balances and history stay put. And where copied settings reference the other store's products, discounts, or uploaded images, Charm counts them and tells you what needs a quick re-pick instead of silently pointing at things that don't exist on the new store.
