Complete the set: a punch card whose stamps are collections
A punch card counts orders, which suits shops people reorder from every month. It does little for a store whose customers buy a jacket once a season. A set counts something else: how much of your range a customer has discovered.
Pick the collections. Add Complete the set to your ways to earn and choose 2 to 8 collections. Each one becomes a slot on the card, stamped the first time a paid order includes something from it. When every slot is stamped, the customer earns the reward: points, a free product, an amount or percentage off, free shipping or store credit. The set can start over for another round, or pay out once.
A few shapes it fits:
- Outdoor apparel: base layer, fleece, jacket and trousers. Complete the outfit.
- A hat maker: the spring, summer, autumn and winter collections.
- A pet shop: food, a toy and a bed.
Customers see a shelf, not a form. In the account Loyalty Hub and on your loyalty page, the set shows your collections as photo tiles, each ticked off once it's collected, under a line that sells the set: "Buy from all 4 collections and earn 500 points". The floating widget lists the collections with a tick beside each one, POS shows the progress at the register, and the auto-generated FAQ explains how the set works.
Honest counting. Cancelling or fully refunding an order before the set is complete takes its stamps back, and a completed round is never clawed back. Only orders placed after you add the rule count. Slot names come from your collection titles, and you can rename them and translate them for each storefront language.
