Every condition of a reward, before customers redeem it
A customer who spends points on a reward should know exactly what they get before the points are gone.
A confirmation with every condition. Redeeming on the landing page or in the floating widget always asks first. The confirmation shows the value and the points on one line, the minimum order in a red box, and then shipping, subscriptions, redeem limits and how long the code stays valid. Store credit with an expiry says how long it can be used.
Capped free shipping on any rate. A free shipping reward with a cap now takes up to the cap off every shipping rate. On a pricier rate the customer pays only the difference, instead of the code being refused at checkout.
Rewards from a whole collection. A one-item reward from a collection covers every product in it, however big the collection is, exactly as it is at checkout.
Amounts without the approximation mark. If you show amounts in the shopper's currency, the Currencies and markets settings have a third Conversion style, Rounded, without the ≈ mark. It rounds the same way as the rounded style, always in the customer's favour, just without the ≈.
See the collection rewards guide.
