Campaigns in the shopper's language, on the orders you choose
Bonus campaigns now follow your product scope everywhere and speak to each shopper in their own language.
Product scope everywhere. A campaign limited to products, collections or product tags applies the same way on orders, in the checkout preview, the cart estimate, product card badges and the product page block. Only selected products / collections pays its bonus on matching orders, and All except selected products / collections leaves them out. Collections are checked when the order earns, so a product added to a collection later counts too.
The banner speaks the shopper's language. A campaign banner without a subtitle of its own shows Charm's wording in the shopper's language, or the Bonus banner subtitle you set under Visibility → Store widget. The banner title and subtitle you write for a store language reach its shoppers too, including languages Charm doesn't translate, such as Russian, as well as Brazilian Portuguese and Chinese.
One campaign name, in each language. Campaign emails and the points history in the Loyalty Hub name a campaign by the banner title for the shopper's language, the same name the banner shows. Points history names campaigns this way for points awarded from now on. The points email for an order a campaign boosted shows a bonus badge and a line with the bonus points and the campaign name.
A clearer campaign editor. Product scope lists your picks by name, a store whose default language is regional, such as Brazilian Portuguese, sees it once under Languages, and a campaign created from an occasion previews its banner under the name shoppers get. The help under each field explains the setting, including that customers see the campaign name.
