Birthday rewards that grow with the tier, and arrive in time

A birthday reward used to be one reward for everyone, delivered on the day itself. Three changes make it feel more like a gift.

A different reward for each tier. Birthday rules could already pay more points to higher tiers. Now a tier can get a different kind of reward altogether: points for new members, free shipping for Silver, a free product for Gold. Turn on Give some tiers a different reward, and every tier gets one row with its reward type and value side by side. A tier left on Same as everyone gets the rule's own reward.

A gift they pick themselves. A free-product birthday reward can now point at a collection instead of one product. Choose Their pick from a collection, and the customer chooses one item from it for free. It works for the whole rule or for a single tier, and the code covers exactly one item, so keep the collection to gifts you are happy to send.

Delivered before the day. Turn on Send the reward before the birthday and set how many days early the reward is issued, up to 60. A gift ordered with a birthday code can then arrive on the birthday instead of a week after it. Code validity still counts from the birthday itself, so an early reward doesn't expire sooner.
