Ask customers about themselves

The best product recommendation starts with knowing your customer. Now you can simply ask, and reward the answer.

Up to five questions with set answers. Add Profile questions under Program → Earning points. Each question has 2 to 10 answers you write, and customers pick one answer or several. A cosmetics store might ask for skin type and age range, a pet store for the pet's size.

Points once, answers any time. Customers answer under Tell us about you in the floating widget and on the landing page. The first answer earns the points. They can change their answers later, which updates them without paying again.

Answers where you need them. Every answer is saved to the customer in Charm, as a Shopify customer metafield and as a Klaviyo profile property. Questions with one answer can filter a Shopify customer segment, for example everyone with sensitive skin. Questions with several answers work in Klaviyo and Shopify Flow. The names stay the same when you rename a question, so segments and flows keep working.
