The affiliate programme is open to every store

The affiliate programme was in early access. It is now part of Charm for every store, marked New on its card in Program and in Settings. Nothing is tracked until you switch it on.

A chart for your partners. On their partner page, partners see their commission by day or by month, with the value on hover, and the orders and new customers for the period.

Your previous affiliate app carries over. Earnings you import from your previous app count into each partner's lifetime total, with the breakdown in a tooltip. Commissions your previous app never paid out become commissions Charm pays, so a single payout from Charm covers both apps and refunds still reach them.

Short links that stay yours. If another app takes back the link path your partner short links use, Charm keeps them working and tells you on the settings page.

Monthly summary only when you want it. The monthly summary e-mail to partners goes out only if you switched it on, in the first days of the month.
