It depends on what you need. Smile's entry tier is now $15, but VIP tiers, points expiry, and the Loyalty Hub stay locked until its $199 Growth tier. Charm includes all of those — plus referrals, paid memberships, and POS — in every plan, starting on Free. At Smile's 2,500-order band ($199) Charm Growth is $59.
Can I migrate Smile data to Charm?
Yes. We import customer balances, tier status, and earned-points history via CSV, with dedicated migration assistance on the Pro and Plus plans.
Do you have feature parity with Smile?
For the core loyalty surfaces — points, tiers, referrals, redemption, lifecycle emails — yes, plus paid memberships and POS loyalty, which Smile doesn't offer. Bonus campaigns are next on our roadmap.
